Upload a contacts CSV — it reads Name / Email / Phone automatically (including Xero's column names). Anyone already in the hub is skipped, so it's safe to re-run.

How to export from Xero

In Xero: Contacts → All contacts (or your customer group).
Tick the contacts you want (or the top box to select all).
Click Export — Xero downloads a CSV.
