We also have sessions on other days, Tues and Thurs in Kingston are full currently, but i have space in Moonah on a Wednesday and am about to start up Fridays in Sandybay. So if either of those work, let me know, otherwise absolutely, casual is fine, i will set you up in the hub so you can book casually when there is space. its $35 per visit for casual classes :)

I'm 21 months post partum so I'm aware quite away in - but two of my friends (Katie and Anna) come to your classes and i'm also finding as my little boy gets to busy toddler stage, I've lost the connection to my pelvic floor and core that I had early postpartum when I did a fair bit of post-partum yoga and strength work. I'm getting issues now with my SI joint (never had in pregnancy but flaring now with lifitng cahya without good form) and also foot and ankle stability. Overall - I'd love to join to rebuild some core strength and pelvic stability.

Im 47yrs and have always loved to workout. Kids schedules and timetables means I never quite get to enough classes at burntheory studio. Im interested in developing my strength program for trying to get back into running, a ran upto half marathon distance (last ran 2019) but my pelvic floor and left knee issue caused me to stop and find alternatives. I feel like I am finally back to some normality now and I am looking for guidance with running and strength training for my own stage of life.
