I'm so excited to welcome you to the Empower Your Pregnancy program! I can't wait to help you feel strong, comfortable and confident throughout your pregnancy.

Here are all the details you'll need:

If this is your first class, please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can have a chat and orientation before we start.

If you haven't already, could you please fill out the forms below so I can best look after you in class:

As a group, we'll settle on a day and time for the 2-hour Active Birth Workshop — this will likely be a Sunday, and partners / birth support people are warmly encouraged to come along.

Program Commitment:
By joining, you're committing to the 12-week program. If your baby arrives early or your doctor recommends stopping exercise, any unused sessions can be credited towards a future postpartum program.

If you can't make a class, please cancel it in your hub as early as you can — it frees up your spot for someone else who's keen to get in.
You can make it up in any class with a spare spot, any time during your block — just book the make-up through your hub. And if you're going to be away, you're welcome to pass your spot on to a friend instead — just let me know at least 48 hours ahead.

Babies and little ones are welcome. We just ask that if your child is on the move, you keep them close to your work area so they don't disturb anyone else's workout.

This is your home base — manage your classes, cancel and rebook, fill in your forms, and join waitlists. It's also how we stay in touch, so please use this rather than SMS or socials for anything Strong Starts related.

Then open Strong Starts from the new icon and tap "Turn on notifications" — you'll get a little buzz whenever I message you, so nothing gets missed.

If I ever have to miss a week due to sickness, we'll make it up — either by adding an extra week at the end, or refunding you for that session.

Payment:
In a separate email over the next few days you'll receive your first invoice (half of the program fee). Your booking is secured once it's paid. The remaining half is invoiced at the halfway point (week 6), unless we've agreed on another arrangement.
