I'm so excited to have you joining us for Postpartum Power! I cannot wait to support you in reconnecting with your body, feeling strong, and carving out this time for you.

Here are all the details:
• Tue 12:30pm · Saltbush CFLC (Saltbush - Kingston) — starts Tue 28 Jul
   📍 Kingston CFLC (Kingston Community Facility)

If this is your first class, please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can have a quick chat and orientation before we start.

Program Commitment:
By joining, you're committing to the 8-week block and paying for your spot in the small group class. There's no refund for missed sessions — but there's lots of flexibility:

If you can't make a class, please cancel it in your hub as early as you can — it frees up your spot for someone else who's keen to get in.
You can make it up in any class with a spare spot, any time during your block — just book the make-up through your hub. And if you're going to be away, you're welcome to pass your spot on to a friend instead — just let me know at least 48 hours ahead.

Babies and little ones are welcome. We just ask that if your child is on the move, you keep them close to your work area so they don't disturb anyone else's workout.

This is your home base — manage your classes, cancel and rebook, fill in your forms, and join waitlists. It's also how we stay in touch, so please use this rather than SMS or socials for anything Strong Starts related.

Open your booking link (above), then save it to your home screen so it opens like an app:
• iPhone: tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen".
• Android: tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" / "Add to Home screen".
Then open Strong Starts from the new icon and tap "Turn on notifications" — you'll get a little buzz whenever I message you, so nothing gets missed.

If I ever have to miss a week due to sickness, we'll make it up — either by adding an extra week at the end, or refunding you for that session.

Payment:
Your invoice will come through in a separate email over the next few days. Your spot is secured once it's paid.
