I'm so excited to welcome you to the Empower Your Pregnancy program!

Here are all the details you'll need:
• Sun 10:00am · Empower Your Pregnancy (Kingston) — starts Sun 23 Aug

If this is your first class, I would love to have chat and an orientation before your first session, so please arrive 10 mins before the class start time to allow for this. 
If you haven't already would you please fill out the below forms so I can best look after you in class.

As a group, we will decide on a time and day for the 2 hour Active Birth Workshop - this will likely be on a Sunday, and partners/birth support people are encouraged to attend.

Program Commitment:
By joining, you're committing to the 12-week program.
If your baby arrives early or your doctor recommends stopping exercise, any unused sessions can be credited towards a postpartum program in the future.
If there is a space in another class that week, you can make up your session.
If you know you will be away, sessions may be gifted to another person - 48 hours notice is required.

Here you can manage your classes, cancel and rebook classes, fill forms and join waitlists. This is also where you can communicate with me, please use this channel rather than sms or socials for anything Strong Starts related.

Open your booking link (above), then save it to your home screen so it opens like an app:
• iPhone: tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen".
• Android: tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" / "Add to Home screen".
Then open Strong Starts from the new icon and tap "Turn on notifications" — you'll get a little buzz whenever I message you, so nothing gets missed.

If I need to miss a week due to sickness, we'll make it up by either:
- Adding an extra week at the end, or
- Refunding you $40 for the missed session.

Payment Details:
In a separate email in the coming few days, you will receive an invoice for $240 (50% of the program cost). Your booking is secured once this payment is received.
The remaining $240 will be invoiced at the halfway point (Week 6). Unless we have discussed any other payment arrangements.
